General Warranty & School Uniform Return Policy
Screen Craze!LLC/Exxtreme Sportswear shall disclaim any and all express or implied warranties of merchandise ability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Although we use quality materials in every job, due to the wide variation in laundering conditions and detergents, we do not guarantee against fading or shrinkage of garments during laundering.
Regarding the ordering of uniforms, we understand that a customer may order the wrong size. We will gladly exchange the uniforms for the correct size as long as it is returned within 5 working days of the original order. Also, NO exchanges will be made if the returned garment has been worn, washed or altered in any way. Our Quality Control Division will inspect the garment and authorize or deny the exchange. If the exchange is approved, we will make the exchange for the proper size as soon as possible. If the exchange of uniforms is denied, the original uniforms will be immediately returned to the customer.
All terms are subject to change at any time. Special circumstances may require special terms and agreements.
Payment and Delivery
All In-State (Arizona) orders will require a 50% deposit upon placing your order. For our Out of State friends, we require a 100% payment, shipping not included at the time your order is placed. Additional shipping charges will be applied at time of shipping. For all custom orders on screen printing and embroidery, the order will not begin being processed until a deposit has been received or appropriate terms have been acquired. Final payment is due upon pickup or delivery for our local friends. If payment in full has not been received within 10 business days an additional finance charge of 10% of the invoice total will be applied.
Last Minute Order Revisions
Order revisions are generally not accepted, once an order has been approved. Example:
A day after you place your order, you suddenly decide that you want to change the design, the garment, the colors of the garment, the quantity of garments ordered, your scheduled completion date will also change and you can be pretty much guaranteed of additional charges and restocking fees. Also, additional fees may be incurred but not limited to shipping/delivery, art, embroidery digitizing and general processing of the job. We will work with you, but we just want you to be aware.
Cancellations of approved orders will be subject to any incurred fees to include a 15% restocking fee. If the order has already been printed or is in the process of being printed/ embroidered, no cancellations will be allowed!
A quotation not accepted within 30 days is subject to review and approval
Experimental work performed at the customer’s request, such as sketches, drawings, computer generated artwork, screens, any presswork and materials will be charged for at the current rates and MAY NOT be used without the consent of Screen Craze!LLC or Exxtreme Sportswear.
Condition of Customer Supplied Artwork
If our customer provides artwork, it must be the same size or larger black and white artwork that is camera ready and requires no touch-up or clean-up. If it is more than one color, there must be color separations also provided. Additional time may be needed to make the artwork camera ready and if color separations need to be completed by Screen Craze!LLC/Exxtreme Sportswear - the customer will be billed at the current $25.00 an hour rate.
If a goof or mistake is made by Screen Craze!LLC during the printing process, we will replace the product. No refund will be given. We will make it right!!
If we provide you with a digital proof, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee color accuracy post press. Since all monitors have different color preview options, we just can’t guarantee the color accuracy. If you desire a specific color, it is best to provide us with a Pantone color chart to best match the color.
Receiving Your Order
We ask all of our customers to check quantities, and print/embroidery quality upon receiving their items. Screen Craze!LLC/Exxtreme Sportswear will not be held liable for any defects or shortages on the order unless it has been brought to our attention within 48 hours after delivery. Customer will be required to sign for their complete order upon delivery.
Screen fees apply to each color printed. The screen fee reserves the screen for 6 months of reprints. After 6 months, a fee of 50% of the original screen is applied to each screen.
Screen fees cover the cost of set up and do not grant ownership of screens to customers.
In the event of changed artwork or reprints (dates, etc.) job is treated as a new order and standard rates apply.
We love to show off our work cause it is so darn good! This means we may snap pictures of customer printed/embroidered pieces for our social media. If you do not want your prints to be used, please let us know. But, we are sure you will be so proud of the final product, you will want us to show it off!
We strive to keep shipping rates as low as possible in every scenario and know it is an important part of your decision to order. Typically, shipping for orders under 100 shirts is between $12.00 and $30.00, but we will let you know before you commit and we ship!
Please note, Screen Craze!LLC cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company. Examples: Shipping company cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather; or Shipping company delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided with the correct address) and you do not receive your package on time.
Shipping Fees are based on weight, dimensions & ZIP code. We use FEDEX/UPS Ground/USPS unless your PO (Purchase Order) directs us otherwise. Or whatever costs less!
PLEASE indicate on your shipping request form if we are shipping to a residence or business.
Shipping insurance requests must be on purchase order.
